Custom swivel base stanley sweetheart 1-15/16 jaw vise tightened up by remaking the collar shim thicker than original and out of bronze. It was originally a clamp-on vise built back in the 1920's. It was changed from the clamp-on the bench style, to an easier to use and more versatile swivel base that was inspired by Chas Parker.
